Are the top halves of these faces the same or different?

It is much easier to answer this question for the bottom, misaligned pair. In the top pair, the bottom half of the face distracts you from comparing only the tops (which are the same).

We are interested in whether deafness and/or the use of a signed language affects this aspect of face processing.
